I initially studied Textile Design at Leeds University before going on to study Landscape Architecture at Edinburgh College of Art/The University of Edinburgh where I achieved my masters. Whilst in my final years of study, I began to lay the foundations to establish myself as a Textile Designer; I completed numerous internships, attended creative short courses and became a practicing member of Edinburgh Printmakers and Edinburgh Contemporary Crafts.

In 2016 I moved to London to work as Print Designer and Head of Textiles for Dame Zandra Rhodes. This position allowed me to work on some truly unique projects, most notably, the print collaboration with Valentino for their Spring/Summer ‘17 collection. Following this position I continued to work freelance, producing a variety of designs and illustrations for both private and commercial clients. My creative work also evolved to incorporate shoot production services, primarily in the field of fashion. Through my freelance work, I'm fortunate to list the following among my past clients; Anthropologie, Apple Inc, Alice Temperley, Bruuns Bazaar, Columbia Records, Isabel Marant, Mango, M&S, The New Yorker and Numéro Magazine.

In summer of 2021 I made a happy return to working in-house, gaining a position with Paul Smith, imagining and designing artworks for their Junior collection. Later that year, I began working with Cath Kidston, designing prints across home, gifting, kids and licences, with my primary responsibilities being in womens wear. From here I went on to fulfil my dream roleI at Liberty, getting the opportunity to work with their vast archive and creating new prints in my capacity as Senior Print Designer. I now work freelance and am always open to new commissions and opportunities.
